Director of Governance and Compliance

Cristina has a  Bachelor Degree in Economics, a Master Degree in Economics and Management from the Universita’ degli Studi dell’Insubria (Italy) and a LLM in International Economic Law, Justice and Development from Birkbeck University.

She joined Adbell International Limited as Company Secretarial Assistant in 2008, after having spent some time in the UK to perfect her English. She was in charge of overseeing UK and offshore companies’ compliance with statutory and legal provisions and ensuring that the statutory and business support unit operations ran smoothly and efficiently She has since assumed the role of Director of Governance and Compliance.

During her time at Adbell International Limited she undertook further study obtaining a Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice.

Cristina has experience with a varied range of clients, across a number of different industries and sizes.
